🌞🏡 This Week in Review: Cottage Time, New Beginnings and Summer Adventures 🏡🌞

🏡 Cottage Time, With a Side of Multiple Offers
Taylor and Jeremy managed to sneak away for some much needed cottage time this week. Of course, real estate doesn't always take a vacation with you, so there was also some multiple offer negotiating happening from the cottage. Because apparently relaxing by the water and negotiating offers can coexist!

🌾 Time on the Farm
We spent some time on the farm with friends this week. Good company, fresh air and a little slower pace made for a great summer day.

🏡 Showings and New Build Consultations
We were out touring homes with buyers and also helping with new build design consultations. From existing homes to choosing finishes and layouts, we love getting to be part of all the different ways people find their next home.

🎁 Lovely Client Gifts
We were spoiled with some incredibly thoughtful gifts from clients this week. We are so grateful for the people who trust us with such an important part of their lives, and these little surprises mean more than you know.

🏢 Checking Out the New House of Blue
We got to check out the new House of Blue, the new downtown location for Blue Forest Realty Inc.. Exciting things are happening, and we can't wait to see the new space come together!

🎪 Supporting Our Veterans
We spent some time helping at the annual carnival at Parkwood Institute for the veterans. Always an honour to be able to give back and spend time supporting such an important part of our community.

🔑 Listed and Sold!
We helped get another listing ready for market this week, and it didn't stay available for long. It sold within just a few days! Huge congratulations to our sellers.

🌊 A Day Trip to Port Burwell
We took a little road trip to Port Burwell to check out the HMCS Ojibwa. Of course, no good road trip is complete without a food stop, so tacos were also involved.

Another week of real estate, community, summer adventures and trying to squeeze in a little downtime wherever we can.

🎉 Happy Birthday Jeremy Ivany! 🎉

Today we're celebrating the guy who somehow manages to do it all.

Whether he's renovating a property, helping clients find the perfect home, responding to calls as a volunteer firefighter, chasing after Nora, or setting (and achieving!) his next big goal, Jeremy puts his whole heart into everything he does.

He's one of the hardest workers we know, incredibly driven, always up for a challenge, and somehow still finds time to work on his golf game whenever he gets the chance.

We're lucky to have him as part of our team, and even luckier to call him a friend, husband and dad.

We had the pleasure of celebrating not one, but two different Legions as they marked the Royal Canadian Legion's 100th anniversary. There was plenty of cake, lots of familiar faces and even a little "face painting" mixed into the festivities.

⛳ Golfing with the Doula Team
The doula team enjoyed a day on the golf course together this week. Nora even managed to sneak in a few shots of her own. We think she's already working on her swing.

🎲 Game Nights with Friends
We rounded out the week with a game night full of laughs, a little friendly competition and great company.

🛍️ A Sneak Peek at Something New
One of the highlights this week was getting a behind the scenes look at a new thrift store opening in Mount Brydges. It has a very unique story behind it, and we can't wait for their grand opening.

These hot summer days called for beach time with family and a fun trip to Storybook Gardens with friends. Safe to say Nora is making the most of summer.

Our buyers kept us on our toes this week. We toured everything from interesting (and sometimes smelly!) investment properties to brand new builds and just about everything in between.

🔍 Fulfilling Conditions
This week was all about helping clients get one step closer to closing. Home inspections, septic inspections and making sure every box was checked before moving forward.

⛳ Golf Days and Tournaments
There were plenty of golf days and tournaments on the calendar this week. The real question is... golf automatically means Caesars afterwards, right?

🚜 The Rental Property Repair Saga Continues
The never ending driveway repair project continues at one of our rental properties. For anyone wondering, repairing driveways is not for the faint of heart... or the wallet.

🏡 Agent Open Houses
We made the rounds visiting agent open houses, catching up with some of our favorite colleagues and seeing some fantastic new listings along the way.

🍦 Trying New Ice Cream Flavours
We stopped by What's the Scoop to try some of their newest flavours. Tragically, "Chip" might still be the most unique flavour we've managed to try so far. We may need to branch out a little more.
