🎂 Celebrating One of Our Favourite Little Humans
We got to celebrate the first birthday of one of our favourite one-year-olds this week! Any excuse to spend time with friends, eat some cake and watch the little ones run the show. 🥳

Lots of showings this week, and we’re finding some interesting options for our buyers!

🍻 Kitchener Oktoberfest
We made some time for Kitchener Oktoberfest this week! A little time out enjoying the festivities and making the most of the fall season.

💙 Training at the Blue Office
We spent some time training with our colleagues at the Blue Office this week. There’s always something new to learn in real estate, and it’s great getting together with the team to share ideas and keep building our skills.

📸 Listing Ready
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been busy preparing for an upcoming listing. There’s lots that happens before a home officially hits the market, from planning and coordinating to getting all the details in place. Stay tuned!

16 York St E in Ridgetown is officially sold, and this one moved fast.

We had an offer in hand within a week of listing, thanks to one great open house that brought in the right buyer. Two weeks later, it was firm. 🏡

It’s a good reminder that open houses still work when a home is priced right and shown well.

So happy for my sellers. 💛

🍂🏡 This Week in Review: Fall Fun, Fast Sales and Pumpkin Season 🎃🏡

🏡 A Quick Sale for Our Seller
A big congratulations to our seller on a quick sale this week! We’re so excited for them and grateful we got to help make the process a little smoother.

🏠 Open Houses and Furry Owners
We had open houses, showings and plenty of time spent getting homes ready for visitors. We also met a few of the furry owners along the way, who were very interested in making sure everything was running smoothly. 🐾

🔍 Showings, Inspections and a Very Important Supervisor
Lots of showings and inspections this week. And when Nora’s daycare is closed, sometimes she comes along for the ride. Apparently she has taken on the role of inspection supervisor. We’re still working on getting her official certification. 😂

🎃 Family Fun at Kustermans
We squeezed in some family time at Kustermans this week too. Pumpkins, fall activities and all the October things that make us realize summer is officially behind us.

🍁 Our Fall Appreciation Event
Our Fall Appreciation Event was such a lovely afternoon. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to spend some time with us and to everyone who brought donations for our local food bank. We’re always so grateful for the support from our clients, friends and community.

🎃 Pumpkins After Dark
We’re officially leaning into the October vibes. Pumpkins After Dark was another fun excuse to get out and enjoy the season. Apparently once October hits, we are fully committed to all things pumpkin.

🚶‍♀️ Agent Open Houses
We made it out to a few local agent open houses this week too. One of our favourite things about working in a community where we can actually walk to some of them!

🍿 Busy Weeks Call for Car Snacks
When the schedule is packed, car snacks become less of a choice and more of a lifestyle. There has been a suspicious amount of eating between showings lately. 😂

🛒 Checking Out the New IKEA
We finally made it over to the new IKEA in London to check it out. Have you been yet? We’re curious to hear what you thought!

🎂 Birthday Celebrations and Continued Learning
We also squeezed in a few colleague birthday celebrations and some continued learning this week. Real estate never really stops changing, so there’s always something new to learn, even when the calendar is already packed.

🍂🏡 This Week in Review: Inspections, Camping and One More Summer Night 🏡🍂

🏡 Showings, Inspections and Buyers Under Contract
Another busy week of getting our buyers through homes, helping with inspections and getting a few buyers officially under contract! Lots of moving pieces behind the scenes, but always exciting when everything starts coming together.

🏠 Open Houses, Open Houses and More Open Houses
We hosted our own open houses this week and made the rounds to a few agent open houses too. It’s always helpful to see what’s happening out there and, of course, there are worse ways to spend a workday than walking through houses!

🏕️ One More Camping Trip
We managed to squeeze in one more camping trip before fall officially takes camping off the table.

☕ Coffee, Babies and Birthday Celebrations
We got some much-needed friend time this week too, including coffee with friends and their babies and a two-year-old birthday party. Basically a lot of coffee, snacks and toddler energy all in one week.

🚒 Supporting Our Local Fire Department
We also stopped by to see our local fire department during their Fill the Boot fundraiser. Always nice to get out, say hi and support the people who do so much for our community.

🎶 Live Music at The Still
We headed out to The Still to check out some live music and support local. And apparently the music was inspiring because karaoke may or may not have happened afterwards. 😂

🏡 Solds, Solds and More Solds!
A big congratulations to our buyers and sellers who crossed the finish line this week! We’re so excited for each of you and grateful we got to be part of it.

🏀 Basketball and Night Markets
We squeezed in a basketball game and made our way through a a night market this week too. A good reminder that there’s always something going on around the community when you actually get out and look for it!

🚛 Tow Trucks and Listing Appointments
One of those weeks where real estate comes with a side of tow truck adventures and housewarming parties. We had listing appointments, planning, problem solving and all the usual behind-the-scenes chaos that comes with getting homes ready for market.

🏘️ Community Events, Markets and Brokerage Meetings
Between local community events and markets, we also had some time with the Blue Forest crew for brokerage meetings. Lots of good conversations, ideas and catching up with people we don’t always get to see during the regular week.

☕ Best Time With Colleagues
Sometimes the best part of a meeting is the coffee and great conversation. We got some much-needed colleague time at Black Walnut, which is always a good excuse to sit down, catch up and talk about everything real estate for at least five more minutes.

🏡 Showings, Open Houses and Agent Open Houses
Another full week of getting clients through homes, hosting open houses and checking out agent open houses ourselves. Lots of houses toured, lots of questions answered and plenty happening behind the scenes.
