☀️🏡 This Week in Review: Closings, Cruises and Community Fun 🏡☀️

🔑 Two Closings and One Sold
It was a great couple of weeks for our clients. We celebrated two closings and one successful sale. Huge congratulations to all of our sellers as they move on to their next adventures.

🎂 **Happy 2nd Birthday, Nora!** Our littlest teammate officially turns two today. From open houses to ice cream walks, she has been along for the ride through it all. Help us wish Nora a very happy birthday!

🚢 A Quick Family Cruise
Taylor, Jeremy and Nora snuck away for a quick and well deserved family cruise. A little sunshine, a little relaxation, and a chance to recharge before jumping back into a busy schedule.

🏡 Showings and Inspections Keep Rolling
Even while part of the team was away, the real estate world kept moving. Showings, inspections and client conversations continued behind the scenes to keep everything on track.

⚾ LSTAR Baseball Tournament
We had a great time taking part in the LSTAR baseball tournament. Always fun connecting with colleagues outside of the office and enjoying some friendly competition.

🍦 Ice Cream and Evening Walks
Summer routines are officially here. Evening walks, ice cream stops and soaking up the longer days whenever possible.

🚗 Car Shows, Garage Sales and Community Fests
The community calendar has been packed. We checked out car shows, wandered through garage sales and enjoyed some great local events along the way.

🎨 Crafting with Friends
A little creativity mixed into the schedule this week. Crafting nights with friends continue to be one of our favourite ways to unwind.

🌷 Garden Centre Season
We made a few garden centre stops and may have left with more plants than originally planned. It happens every year.

✨ Freshly Cleaned Cars
A small victory, but a satisfying one. The cars finally got a much needed cleaning after a busy spring of running from appointment to appointment.

🏢 A New Business Coming to Town
One of the highlights of the week was meeting the owners of an exciting new business coming to town. We love seeing new entrepreneurs invest in our community and can't wait to watch them succeed.

🌷🏡 This Week in Review: Learning, Listings and embracing warm weather 🏡🏊‍♀️

🔑 Sold Success
Congratulations to our sellers on a successful sale this week. Always an exciting moment celebrating a big milestone together and seeing a plan come together.

📸 Listing Media Day
We spent time capturing photos and video at an upcoming listing. If you've been waiting to see this house with a pool, the wait is almost over!

👨‍👩‍👧 Nora’s Social Calendar
Nora had plenty of time with friends and family this week. Lots of playtime, visits and making the most of spring days together. She even helped us with a bit of Real Estate work!

🐶 Best Agent Open House Assistant
We hosted an agent open house featuring possibly the fluffiest helper we have ever had. A very good dog made sure everyone felt properly welcomed.

🎤 Realtor Quest in Toronto
We took two days to attend Realtor Quest in Toronto, one of the largest real estate conferences in Canada. We heard incredible insights from speakers including Michelle Obama and Malcolm Gladwell, connected with amazing agents and spent time learning, networking and hanging out with the Blue crew.

🌼 Garden Centre and Ice Cream Season
Spring officially feels here. Garden centre visits are back on the schedule and ice cream stops are becoming a regular occurrence again.

🔍 Inspections and Showings
A busy stretch of inspections and showings kept us on the road, helping buyers explore options and moving deals forward behind the scenes.

🍜 Good Food and Fur Baby Snuggles
In between the busy moments, we squeezed in some great meals and plenty of quality time with the fur babies. If you haven't checked out Viet Thai Plus yet, it's a must visit in South London!

🌸🏡 This Week in Review: Celebrations, Successes and Spring vibes 🏡🌸

💐 Happy Mother’s Day
First, a huge Happy Mother’s Day to the one person on our team who was never afraid to host open houses nine months pregnant, door knock with Nora in tow, and somehow balance motherhood while being an investor, wife, doula and realtor all at once.
We also want to wish a very Happy Mother’s Day to our friends, family and amazing clients who make this community so special.

🔑 Sold Success Story
Sold! Conditionally sold within 2 days and sold in just one week. Huge congratulations to our seller who absolutely understood the assignment and knocked it out of the park. Preparation and teamwork truly pay off.

☀️ Enjoying the Spring Weather
We finally soaked up some beautiful weather this week. Sunshine always makes everything better, especially after a busy start to the year.

🚗 Car Snacks and Real Estate Life
Between showings, listing photos and all the driving that comes with this job, car snacks (and girl lunches) have officially become a core business strategy.

🎭 A Night at the Theatre
We spent an evening watching Shrek the Musical at the Grand Theatre. Musical Theatre Productions (MTP) did an incredible job bringing this one to life.

🔨 RONA Contractor Event
We attended a contractor event hosted by RONA, connecting with great local suppliers and staying current on construction trends and materials. Always learning so we can better support our clients.

📑 Offers Happening Behind the Scenes
While the week looked calm on the surface, plenty was happening behind the scenes with offers and multiple offer situations keeping us busy.

🏊 Preparing Another Listing
We are busy prepping another upcoming listing… and let’s just say if you have been dreaming about a pool this summer, you may want to stay tuned.

🛠️ Getting Quotes for Buyers
We spent part of the week helping a buyer line up contractor quotes and pricing out potential improvements. One of the most important parts of the process is helping clients understand costs before they make big decisions.
