Sold...but not happy about it. 😉

Sometimes, you get to help people sell their first home. But, when that person is your best friend, and it means they will move away, it can make it hard to put that sold sign up.
I've been so lucky to have him close for this long. From porch visits during lockdowns, going through grad school together (ok it was just him, but I loved the stories) to spontaneous morning coffee visits, I was the lucky one. Change is inevitable, and it was needed. I'm so grateful to have been a small part of this journey. For now, I'll go and cheer him on at and count the minutes until our next coffee visit. On Monday, Adam became an official Canadian citizen. From meeting at Muster Station 4 on the Vision of the Seas in 2005 to this, our family has certainly grown & come a long way.

The Ferret four are officially able to cross the border without a 5 hour delay! Yay!!!! 😃
