The Tham Team is made up of Lynne and her two children Melanie and Simon and was formed in 2012 when Melanie decided to join her mom in her real estate business. Lynne has been in sales for most her life and has found her passion in helping others sell their homes and find homes that they love. She is the proud mother of Melanie and Simon and originally hails from York, England. She is committed to giving her clients the best service possible. Melanie is a recent graduate of Iowa State University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree and competed as an NCAA Div. 1 gymnast for the university. She spent a year working for a youth leadership charity and found her passion in both teaching and helping others succeed. Since then she has joined Lynne in the business and will be completing her Bachelor of Education at the same time. She is thrilled to be able to help Lynne in delivering the same level of service to clients in all areas of real estate.
