This is what it all leads to.

The hard work, the late-night calls, the back and forth, the stress, the paperwork, the decision-making, and all the little details along the way, it all becomes worth it on possession day.

So happy for my lovely clients as they get the keys to their beautiful waterfront unit in North Vancouver. Iโ€™m very excited for them to downsize into Lower Lonsdale and enjoy this view every day.

The spring market is off to a steady start, but both buyers and sellers are taking a more cautious, wait-and-see approach. Sales remain below historical averages, while inventory stays elevated, keeping things balanced overall.
