I am a numbers person…always have been. For those of you that follow the trends in real estate…so far this year to date, the number of sales are down 12.66% and prices are down 7.27%.

We’ve all seen signs hanging around longer and average days on market is confirming that.

Do you think we have hit the low point? Or do you think it’s going to still trend lower? Personally, I think we are close to the bottom and should start moving upwards soon. I’d love to hear your thoughts
