The GTA's July 2026 numbers are in, here's where homes actually changed hands.

• 56 existing homes sold across all TRREB areas, at a median of ~$840K.
• Markham led on volume (13 sales), then Whitby and Brampton (7 each).
• York Region carried the top prices, Markham and Richmond Hill both north of $1M.
• Durham did the work on affordability, Oshawa's median sat near ~$582K.
• Small area, few sales? That "median" can be just one or two homes, read it that way.
