Dimitri's walked these same streets for years, before real estate was even part of the picture. That's the difference between knowing a neighbourhood's stats and actually knowing it, the coffee shop that's always packed, the block that's quieter than it looks on paper, the school pickup traffic nobody warns you about.

Some of you know Dimitri, but most of you probably don't know he's the reason Blue Door exists at all! 💪

He started this whole thing after almost two decades in corporate leadership, which is probably why the way he runs deals looks less like a typical realtor and more like someone who actually plans things out. He's also a Certified International Property Specialist, so if you're looking at property outside Canada, that's him too.

Wallpaper's back too, but not the busy stuff from a few years ago. More like that soft leafy print, something you'd actually want to sit and look at with your coffee. Wood left natural instead of stained dark seems to be everywhere lately as well.

None of it's loud. It just feels like someone actually lives there. ✨

Fixed rate feels like the safe choice. It's not always the smart one.

We get this question constantly from buyers weighing their mortgage options. Fixed gives you a number you can plan around, no surprises for the length of your term. Variable moves with the market, which means it can work in your favour just as easily as it can cost you more.

There's no universal right answer here. It comes down to how much certainty you need versus how much risk you're comfortable carrying. We always walk our clients through both before they commit to either. 👏
