Rebecca began her education and career in Social Work, where she learned to deeply understand diverse people’s needs, dreams, and constraints – working collaboratively to find ways forward towards their goals. She knows that people and families have a deep-seated need to feel at home: to love where they live and to sense a good “fit” with their surroundings, whether that means walkability, walk-in closets, or wide-open spaces on all sides. Hailing from picturesque Rossland, BC, Rebecca put down roots in Victoria in 2001. She has since called several Victoria neighbourhoods home, including Cook Street Village, Fairfield, and Saanich, and has come to appreciate the uniqueness of each vibrant area of this beautiful and flourishing coastal city. When Rebecca is not helping people sell and/or find their dream home, she can often be found with her husband and little girl – exploring East Sooke Park, running around Elk Lake, or canoeing along Victoria’s waterfront. Another of Rebecca’s great passions is music; she teaches piano, guitar and voice among other instruments and performs in local venues as a singer-songwriter. Seven years ago, I first looked synced up with Rebecca to start looking to purchase a 2&2 condo for my boys and I. Avoiding bidding wars we went with new construction until I the “Greg Martel” incident.
After rebuilding for a few years, we set out again. We looked at a few different condos and different from each other as well as we narrowed down as to what was best.
Rebecca is attentive, prompt, kind, patient, polite. Her job was to help me find the property that fundamentally aligned with my priorities. Rebecca delivered! We closed and well under asking.
