Sales are up 9.52% compared to this same week last year, while total listings are down 9.85%. Buyers are active, and well-priced homes are continuing to attract attention.

The Spring Market is moving along in Durham. Seller's are selling and Buyers are buying.
There are currently more Seller's than Buyer's. Seller's that are not sharp with their price are not selling.
If your home is currently listed for sale longer than 3 weeks and you have not entertained an offer, speak with your Realtor about lowering the price.
It isn't the lack of open houses or staging, it's the price.

Buyer's are finding homes that offer more in the same price range. Agents are using your home to sell other homes.
