“Whatever it takes! 💪”

I spent today in Birmingham with , diving into auction properties and assisted sales. 🏠

Assisted sales was actually the first property strategy I used, without even realising it. After my dad inherited my grandma’s house, and I renovated it, investing around £4,000 and adding £25,000 in value. 💸 We helped my family sell the property, gaining hands-on experience.

Looking back, there’s a lot I’d change if I could do it again but we don’t dwell on the past. We keep pushing forward, learning, and improving. 🔥

That’s why surrounding yourself with mentors who guide and motivate you is so important, in both business and property. 🤝

Today, Ste said, “I’m not here to take part; I’m here to take over.” That’s a mindset I want to adopt even more. 🏆

There’s serious money to be made with the strategies we explored today, and I’m committed to mastering them. 💼

My 1st event sold out!!

I didn’t want to just do a training day, I wanted to build a partnership with people.

You’re in the wrong room! 🚪

I’ve always believed in the saying that “you need to be the least educated in the room.” 🧠

You’ve got to put yourself in environments where you can learn and thrive off others with much more experience than you. Success leaves clues 🕵️‍♂️ 💪

As I progress on this part of my journey into property investing,🏠 I have definitely got myself into a room/environment where I feel like I can level up a huge amount. To the next stage of my journey. 🏢

Yesterday, showed me around a few of his projects, and seeing them in the real world, the different phases was really eye-opening. 🏗️

At the end of each visit, Steve asked me and the guys there if we had any questions, and it’s the first time in a while I have been overwhelmed by the amount of knowledge that was dropped on me and didn’t really have any questions! 🗣️

This is a positive sign because I’m ready to learn and grow, and I’m definitely in the right space for it. 🌟

I’m not scared to invest in myself and my education as I always want to be progressing and be better. I’m looking forward to these next steps. 🚀📚

So, in six months’ time, who wants to come on a tour around some of the projects I’ve got going on??? 🏘️🤩

I QUIT 😤 after training and working for 7 years!

After seven years of dedication to my career as a physiotherapist, I made the bold decision to step away from the stability I had worked so hard to achieve. 💼

Reflecting on my journey, it's incredible to think about how far I've come, especially considering the challenges I've overcome, like my dyslexia. 📚

Many would call it crazy to walk away from such a stable profession, but deep down, I knew I had to follow a different path. 🚶‍♂️

During the pandemic, I started a health and wellbeing business, which grew rapidly within 16 months. 🌱💼 However, after exiting, I felt the urge to explore new opportunities and challenge myself in a completely different industry. 🔄🌟

This led me to Property 🏡📈

Some family members have called me Del Boy because I have always had new ideas and wanted to pursue different things. 🤹‍♂️

But I have found my thing! 💥

Property is a field where I've never felt more focused and driven. 🔥

Property isn't just a career for me; it's the vehicle that will create stability and generational wealth for my future family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

It's fulfilling to know that I can help people secure their financial futures and, more importantly, create homes where they can thrive. 🏠

They Took Everything! 😱🏡

Imagine walking into a property and realising everything has been cleared from top to bottom, bed included! 🛏️✨

Just recently, we had an experience where a property we were running as serviced accommodation was completely emptied out after our last guest. 🚪🚶‍♂️

The speed and efficiency of the team in clearing out left even us amazed—they didn’t miss a thing! 🔥💨

Wait, did you think we got robbed?… 🕵️‍♂️

Nope! After we agreed to return this property to the landlord, we needed to clear all our furniture. 🛋️➡️🚛

But it was scary how quick this could be done, and I think it really shows how important property security is. 🚨🔐

Having motion-activated Ring cameras is a must in our properties! 📹🏠

And again, why we focus on long-term stays over the 1-2 night stays. 🛌🗓️
