❤️ A LITTLE THANK YOU FROM ME BEFORE I GO ON HOLIDAY… ✈️🌴
As some of you may or may not know, I have now broken up for a much-needed holiday and some quality time with my husband, away from the day-to-day hustle and bustle. ❤️ Before I switch off, I just wanted to take a moment to say the BIGGEST thank you to every single person who has supported me over the last seven months.
To everyone who has liked, commented, shared or recommended my posts, thank you. Every interaction helps my little business grow, and I genuinely appreciate every single one.
To every property owner who has trusted me with their home, thank you for giving me the opportunity to represent you. It means the absolute world to me that you have put your trust in me and my business. And to all of the buyers who have purchased through us and helped make our sellers' dreams become a reality, thank you! 🏡❤️
A huge thank you also goes to all of the businesses and professionals I work closely with — solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, photographers and EPC assessors. I am so grateful for your support, professionalism and the relationships we are building. I am genuinely proud to be networking with so many fantastic local businesses.
I set up Nicola Powers Limited back in March, after leaving the corporate world, and honestly, I have never looked back. I'm still new to running my own business, learning as I go and figuring things out along the way. There have definitely been moments where I've doubted myself, but the support I have received from you all has been absolutely outstanding. Businesses don't grow overnight. I'm now seven months in, and I can honestly say we are getting busier, better and stronger — and that is completely down to the people who have trusted me, recommended me and given me the opportunity to prove what I can do. ❤️

And that's without including the people I'm currently speaking with and the valuations already booked in. I know some people might look at those figures and think they're small. But when you've built something completely from scratch, built your reputation from the ground up and done it all while battling your own self-doubt, I think it's something to be incredibly proud of. ❤️
This isn't just a business to me. It's something I've built myself, something I genuinely care about and something I want to continue growing for many years to come. So, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to every single person who has played a part in getting me here. Whether you've instructed me, bought a property, shared a post, recommended me, worked alongside me or simply cheered me on from the sidelines — you have all made a difference.
