Good to see this property completed and on the market for rent. What was a dark, dingy house with fire damage is now a lovely home for a family to settle and make their own home 👌.

All coming together and great progress by the team in 3 wks.
Now the property all looking fresh.. you not know it has had fire damage previously.
Still pushing to get it ready for new tenants at the end of July 🤞.

We picked up keys for this one last week for one of our sourcing clients.

This was one we wanted to keep for ourselves! 😅 It ticked a lot of boxes, but the timing wasn’t quite right for us from a funding perspective, so we passed the opportunity on to one of our clients instead.

This is a solid semi-detached house in a good location in Fife, benefiting from strong rental demand and excellent long-term potential.

The property has suffered some cosmetic fire damage, which can put many buyers off. However, when you know what you’re looking at and have the right team around you, opportunities like this represent fantastic value.

Our power team is already lined up, and refurbishment works start this week. 🔨💪🏽
