How do we arrange viewings? Residenza properties Ltd arrange an initial meeting with the landlord, at the property in question in order to take pictures of the property and to ensure the property is valued according to the current market valuation. If then, the landlord is happy to go ahead with the services Residenza properties Ltd has to provide, we ask for the landlord to arrange a set of keys for ourselves which makes the viewing process a lot easier. If for any reason you, the landlord are unable to provide us with a set of keys, we aim to arrange viewings as effectively as possible, by contacting you directly via phone or email (whichever you prefer), in order to finalise a suitable time for both yourself and the potential tenant/s.
