Reyburn and Bryant are proud Northland based planners and surveyors with an extensive base of long term and diverse clients. We provide services in planning, cadastral surveying, land development engineering, civil construction supervision and project management.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts administrator and Office Manager who is keen to take the next step to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will undertake various accounts, administrative & HR tasks including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, reporting, PAYE & GST management and staff recruitment & HR contract management.
Our ideal candidate has:
• An attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise work and adhere to deadlines
• An interest in working autonomously and contributing to a team
• Accounts administration experience
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literacy skills, experience with Xero preferred
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand

• PAYE & GST management

• Bad Debt management
• Staff administration
• Building management
