From the very beginning, she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel organized, manageable, and reassuring. She was consistently responsive, kept us informed every step of the way, and never once left us feeling uncertain about where things stood.
Her experience and knowledge were evident throughout the process, and we always felt confident that we were in capable hands. Just as importantly, she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable with each step before moving forward.
We are genuinely so grateful for the level of care and professionalism Kristi provided. Closing on our home is such an exciting milestone for us, and she played a major role in making the process as smooth and positive as it was. We are honestly sad that our time working with her has come to an end, but so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with someone so knowledgeable, dependable, and supportive.
We could not have asked for a better loan officer and would recommend Kristi without hesitation.
