And whew… we had a little bit of a wild ride getting to the finish line. 😅 There were a LOT of moving pieces at the end, but we had an incredible builder who stepped up, worked through every last detail, and made sure we got it DONE.

That’s the thing about real estate even with a brand-new home, there can be unexpected bumps along the way. Having the right people involved who are willing to communicate, problem-solve, and keep things moving makes ALL the difference.

🏡 JUST SOLD! 🤎

This closing feels extra good.

This one was Subject to Sale, which meant there were a whole lot of moving pieces behind the scenes. When one home has to sell for another home to close, it can quickly become a domino effect one closing depends on another, which depends on another.

There were definitely some twists and turns along the way, but we navigated each one and finally made it to the closing table! 🙌🏼

Real estate isn't always as simple as listed → accepted offer → sold. Sometimes it takes patience, communication, problem-solving, and a whole lot of coordination to get everyone across the finish line.

So happy for my seller and incredibly thankful for the trust throughout the entire process. 🤎

They say once a teacher, always a teacher… and I think that’s true 🤍

Before I was a mom of three and before real estate, I was a teacher. And honestly? So much of what I loved about teaching is still what I love most about being a Realtor®… helping people, building relationships, and being part of big life moments.

Getting to celebrate the amazing teachers in our small town this week was so special. Teachers truly are the heart of every community, and the impact they make reaches far beyond the classroom. 🍎✨
