This was supposed to be a marketing video…now it’s a SALE PENDING video! This home was on the market for just over 24 hours and in that time we had multiple showings, multiple offers, and ultimately one that my seller just couldn’t pass up!

Honestly, this is where the right prep and marketing really made a difference. We started getting eyes on this home before it even hit the market and once it was live, we kicked my marketing plan into high gear and got it in front of even more potential buyers. The exposure brought the buyers through the door, the home did the rest. And we ended up with multiple strong offers in just over a day.

Things don’t always go according to plan, and this one definitely didn’t, but this was a pretty damn good way for it to not go according to plan!! So yes, the video was supposed to help us sell the house but plot twist! We sold it before I could even post it!
