We saw quite a few homes before finding this one - from new construction to resale that needed some updates to truly feel like theirs - homes that were closeā€¦ but not quite right!

Then we walked into this house!! Move-in ready, in the perfect location, and not a dang thing they need to do before unpacking their boxes and making themselves at homešŸ”āœØ This one was worth the search. This one has me a wee bit emotionalšŸ„²šŸ«‚ Quite a few years ago, we were lucky enough to be neighbors with this amazing family! After we moved, life happened and we slowly lost touch over the years. Thanks to this career of mine, our paths crossed again! And not only did we get to reconnect, but I got to finally meet their sweet baby boy, and help them purchase their first homešŸ¤

This process had its momentsā€¦we hit some (rather large) bumps in the road but through every challenge they stayed confident and trusted not only that the right home would come along, but that I would help them get there! And as it always does, everything worked out exactly how it was supposed tošŸ¤ The home they purchased truly could not be more perfect for them!šŸ„²

I am SO excited for the Fowlerā€™s!! Iā€™m a little sad this chapter is over, but luckily their new home is only a couple minutes away from me so this definitely isnā€™t the last weā€™ll be seeing of each otheršŸ„°ā˜€ļø

This is SO much more than buying and selling homes. Itā€™s the people, the milestones, the highs and lows, and the relationships built along the way. Iā€™m forever grateful our paths crossed again and that I was able to help Guide them HomešŸ¤

Putting together closing gifts is one of my (and apparently Oakley + Jerzieā€™s too!) favorite things I get to do for my clients! Itā€™s such a fun way to show how much I appreciate the trust they put in me during such a huge milestonešŸ āœØ

And since this first time home buyer family purchased a home WITH A POOL you already know I had to go all in on the pool goodies for all the summer pool partiesšŸ¤©šŸ¤©

My girl Lauren is CLOSED on her new home!! šŸ”āœØ This home is SO perfect for her, her and the fur babies are already loving itšŸ¤ A new job, a new home, a whole new chapterā€¦this girl is making MOVES and I could not be happier for heršŸ„¹

While the timelines didnā€™t quite line up the way we originally planned, Lauren handled everything like an absolute superstar. She packed up, grabbed an Airbnb, lived out of boxes for a couple weeks, and trusted the process until we could finally get her HOME!šŸ™Œ Buying a home isnā€™t always perfectly smooth but watching it all come together and seeing how excited she is made every second worth it.

These buyers were set to close on a home last week but after a last minute issue surfaced, we stepped back. Not the easiest decision in the moment, but absolutely the right one to protect their best interests and their pockets!

Then this home hit the market and it checked nearly every single box they had been searching for! After strong (and strategic!) negotiations to create a win-win in a multiple offer situation, their offer was accepted!!
