Hi!
For anyone new here (or if it’s been a while), I wanted to reintroduce myself.

I’m currently in my 9th year selling real estate in Central Iowa, and I truly love what I do. The best part of this job is the people — the clients who trust me with such a big chapter in their lives and often turn into lifelong friends. I’m known for being thorough, detail-oriented, and determined, and I take pride in advocating for my clients every step of the way.

I grew up all around Eastern Polk County, always moving into homes that were being renovated before heading to the next one. Because of that, I learned early on what to look for in a home — whether it’s a fixer-upper, a solid investment, or the right place to raise a family. My husband and I have continued that same trend, buying, fixing up, and moving homes (at least until we decide to settle down 😉).

When I’m not working, I’m a girl mom to two amazing daughters, juggling park dates, activities, and more glitter than I ever thought possible. We also have two dogs, and honestly, I’m not sure who runs the house. We love exploring Des Moines -finding things to do, new restaurants to try, and spots to enjoy together.

My seller was able to say goodbye to her first home this past week! It is always special to me when I get the opportunity to work with someone who was getting ready to list for sale by owner. She had allowed me to show her townhouse to one of my clients before it was listed. While it wasn't right for that client, I was able to connect with "L" and build a relationship while showing her the value of using me as her agent. She put her trust in me to get her house listed and sell it at a price where she could maximize her proceeds! Which is always a WIN for my clients! I can't wait to work with her and her fiance on their next purchase!
