New Episode: (link in bio)

One of my favorite takeaways:
Success looks different in every season of life.

If you’ve ever reinvented yourself, chased a dream, or tried balancing ambition with family life — this episode will resonate with you.

I sat down with Cody Thompson to talk about:
• Growing up in Jacksonville’s surf culture
• Life as a professional surfer
• Building a gym from the ground up
• Transitioning into real estate with Keller Williams
• Balancing business, family, fitness, and purpose
• Why community matters in both surfing and real estate

Cody shares honestly about the sacrifices, mindset shifts, and discipline it took to reinvent himself through every season of life — and how the ocean continues to keep him grounded through it all.

This conversation is full of motivation, local culture, entrepreneurship, and real-life perspective.

🎧 Listen now and hear how one Jacksonville surfer turned passion into purpose.

May Recap-

May was a month full of reminders that life is made up of both the beautiful moments and the unexpected ones. 🌸

This month brought sweet time with my granddaughter, Mother's Day memories, breathtaking sunrises at the beach with 18 days out of the water, and peaceful mornings swimming as the sun came up.

It also brought a broken finger (definitely not on my May bingo card 😅), hence the 18 days out of the ocean, lots of celebrations with amazing clients, volunteering opportunities that filled my heart at local events, and special moments with friends and family-including my nephew becoming an Ironman in Jax.

From Keller Williams Red Day to Dancin in the Streets, from birthday celebrations on the beach to stopping and appreciating blooming roses along the way, May was a reminder to embrace every season—both the highs and the challenges.

Grateful for the people, experiences, and memories that made this month so special. ❤️

Here's to welcoming June with the same gratitude, purpose, and appreciation for the little moments that make life so meaningful.

In this powerful episode of Find the Connection, I sit down with Kristin Keen, founder of Rethreaded, to discuss the realities of human trafficking in Northeast Florida and the transformative work being done to help survivors heal and rebuild their lives.

Kristin shares the story behind Rethreaded — from an idea written on a cocktail napkin after her time serving women in India to a thriving social enterprise providing long-term employment, trauma-informed care, and community support for survivors of human trafficking.

Together, we discuss:
• The connection between trauma, addiction, and trafficking
• Why healing requires time, support, and community
• Burnout, purpose, and personal growth
• The hidden realities of trafficking in Jacksonville
• Leadership, healing, mindfulness, and creating healthy boundaries
• How small actions can create meaningful change in our community

This conversation is honest, eye-opening, emotional, and deeply inspiring.

Learn more about Rethreaded and how you can support their mission through shopping, advocacy, and the 17.17 Campaign.

🎙️ I’ll be honest—this conversation challenged me

(link in bio)

It made me realize how easy it is to form assumptions about homelessness without truly understanding the reality behind it.

Talking with Tracy Gebeaux opened my eyes to just how complex—and deeply human—this issue is.

It’s not only about housing.
It’s about connection, dignity, and community.

There’s nothing simple about homelessness…
and the solutions aren’t simple either.

But awareness is where change begins.

Last week in Atlanta at Keller Williams Family Reunion, I worked closely with my business coach to be intentional about my time — mapping out sessions in advance that would stretch me, sharpen my strategy, and ultimately elevate the experience I deliver to my clients.

But I also created a second agenda.

Beyond the masterminds, breakouts, keynote speakers, and evening networking events across the city, I chose to build connection on purpose.

I made lunch reservations each day and invited agents who share similar passions in the KW Wellness Community for a “Midday Mingle.” As co-founder of KW Yoga, I also hosted a Grati-Tuesday Mindful Meetup over coffee with Janet, founder of KW Mindfulness.

And that’s where the real magic happened.

In the conversations between sessions.
In the honest dialogue about what’s working — and what isn’t.
In the candid discussions about where the market is truly heading in different regions.
How we navigate a shifting market.
How we stay grounded in a demanding industry.
How we make the client the hero of every story.

These relationships matter more than most people realize.

When I build genuine friendships with agents across the country, it means when one of my clients needs support in another state, I know exactly who to call. When I’m evaluating a strategy shift, I’m one conversation away from someone who has already walked that path.

I’m back in JAX — energized, inspired, and full of ideas I’m ready to implement. More clarity. More intention. More ways to serve my clients at the highest level.

Grateful for the meaningful connections and the reminder that business is always built on relationship.

People ask me all the time what a typical day as a realtor looks like.
The honest answer? There really isn’t one.

I’m pulled in a lot of directions, and while I try to share along the way, sometimes I just want to experience the moments instead of documenting them. Consistent posting sounds great… but living the life comes first.

So instead of daily highlights, here’s a snapshot of my month—work, life, and everything in between:

✨ Life & Balance
• Daily sunrise swims
• A little more yoga
• A springs getaway
• Sweet time with my granddaughter

🏡 Real Estate

• New home owner
• New listings
• New rentals
• Value consultations
• Relocation (yes, even armadillos 😄)
• Renovation consults
• Tenant turnover walk-throughs

📚 Growth & Community

* Podcast Recordings
• Kicking off 2026 with KWAP
• Continuing education
• Accountability partners
• DITS planning
• BTCA monthly meeting
• Tri-local landscaping agreement
• Council meetings on paid parking
• Pete’s Bar donation presentation

Busy. Full. Grateful.
Not always perfectly documented—but very much lived. 💙
