I never even got the chance to post this video. 😊

This University Hills home sold before we ever made it to MLS, with multiple offers and fantastic terms for my seller.

For these longtime owners, there was a lot to coordinate before we ever got to “for sale” mode. Inspections, clean-out, donations, prep, and all the little pieces that come with closing out a longtime home.

My role was to help connect the dots, bring in the right resources, and make the whole process feel as manageable as possible.

Then came the fun part: strong interest, multiple offers, great terms, and a smooth path to closing.

So instead of a “just listed” video, here’s a little look at the home that sold before I could even post it. ❤️

I never even got the chance to post this video. 😊

I created it as part of the marketing plan for this University Hills home, but before we ever made it to the MLS, we had multiple offers and were under contract with fantastic terms for my seller.

For these longtime owners, selling wasn’t just about putting a sign in the yard. There was a lot to coordinate first, from inspections and clean-out to donations and getting the home ready for its next chapter. My job was to help connect the dots, bring in the right resources, and make the process feel as manageable as possible.

Then came the fun part: thoughtful preparation, strong positioning, multiple offers, great terms, and a smooth path all the way to closing.

No MLS launch needed.

So instead of a “just listed” video, here’s a little look at the home that sold before I could even post it. ❤️

Ten years.

That’s how long this family had been planning for the dream captured in this photo. ❤️

They had never been to the U.S. Never been to Texas. Never been to Austin. They were relocating from another country, largely on their own, without the kind of relocation support many families receive through an employer.

For weeks before they arrived, we prepared from afar. We narrowed down areas, talked through homes, schools, logistics and all the little things that come with starting life in a completely new country.

They landed in Austin, checked into their temporary rental, and the very next day we started touring the homes we had already identified as their strongest contenders.

Two days later, they were under contract.

And just two weeks after that, I got to hand them the keys to their very first home. 🏡

Along the way, real estate was only part of the job. We worked through everything from getting oriented in Austin to rental cars, driver’s licenses, Social Security numbers and all the practical pieces we often take for granted.

We didn’t always have the same words, but somehow communication was never a problem.

Getting to watch a family accomplish a goal they had worked toward for a decade, and getting to play even a small role in helping them begin this new chapter, is something I won’t forget.

This is why I love what I do. ❤️

I'm proud to share that I recently earned my Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation through the National Association of REALTORS®.

One of the unexpected gifts of this career has been the opportunity to help seniors and their families through some of life's biggest transitions.

As more of us find ourselves helping our own parents navigate these conversations, I've come to appreciate that these decisions are often about so much more than buying or selling a home. They involve family, emotions, timing, and planning for what's next.

I've always made continuing education a priority because I believe my clients deserve a REALTOR® who never stops learning. Earning the SRES® designation gave me the opportunity to deepen my understanding of the unique needs of older adults and their families so I can better serve them during this important season of life.

If you or someone you love is beginning to think about what comes next, I'm always happy to be a resource. Whether you're ready to make a move or simply want to talk through your options, I'd be honored to help.

A little pinch-me moment today. ✨

I had the honor of interviewing to be considered as a potential host for a brand-new TV show called Selling Austin, produced by an Emmy-nominated production team.

I have no idea what will happen from here, but honestly, just being considered feels pretty amazing. There are nearly 20,000 real estate agents in the Austin area, so to be among the few they reached out to is something I’m truly grateful for.

What makes it even cooler is knowing they found me through my online content, my listing marketing, and the stories I’ve been sharing about this city I love so much.

Whether or not it moves forward, it was such a fun experience and a sweet reminder that the work we put out into the world really can open unexpected doors.

And who knows? Maybe one day I’ll get to help future clients and their homes be featured on a national platform. How wild would that be?

For now, I’m just feeling grateful, excited, and thankful for all of your support.

Austin, you sure are fun to talk about. 🏡🎥

Today was a pretty exciting day.

I had the honor of interviewing to be considered as a potential host for a brand-new TV show called Selling Austin, produced by an Emmy-nominated production team.

I have no idea how things will unfold, but honestly, just being considered is such a gift. There are nearly 20,000 real estate agents in the Austin area, so to be among the few they reached out to feels incredibly special.

What makes it even more meaningful is knowing they found me through my online content and the work I’ve been putting into marketing my listings, telling stories, and showcasing the city I love so much.

Whether or not this opportunity moves forward, it was really exciting to know that my work is being seen. And the thought that one day I may have the chance to help my clients and their homes be featured on a national platform in front of millions of viewers is pretty amazing.

Austin is such a special place, and I would be honored to help share more of what makes this city, its neighborhoods, and its people so incredible.

We’ll see what happens from here, but for now, I’m just grateful, excited, and really proud of this little milestone.

Thank you all for your support. It means more than you know.
