As a member of the Estate Planning Council of South King County, I'm glad to network with & refer you to highly knowledgeable professionals of integrity who can help you identify opportunities that would be best for you. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I partner with seniors &/or their children/family to down-size/right-size their living environment. That may include decluttering, installing ADA mobility aids, making repairs/adjustments for improved safety in and around the home. I gladly network with other professionals to meet the needs of the client(s). For those who have lost a family member and have an been left with the responsibility of selling the home, I partner with professionals to remove the contents, ready the home for marketing and get it sold.
