Everyone’s watching Micron…
but no one’s talking about where people are actually going to live.

East Boise has been quietly sitting there…
underbuilt
overlooked
and honestly… undervalued for what it is
Now that’s about to change.

👉 lifestyle already dialed
👉 foothills, trails, community feel
👉 the kind of place people move for
3️⃣ Columbia Village
👉 Idaho’s original master planned community
👉 the one that set the stage for how people live inside communities here
👉 established, functional, and still flying under the radar
Here’s the thing…
When a project like Micron scales the way this one is expected to…
people don’t just move anywhere.
They look for:
proximity
lifestyle
and something that still feels like a “find”
That window?
…it doesn’t stay open long.
