It all started with coffee at ☕️

We sat down thinking, okay… this might take a while.

The list? Very specific:

✔️ 2 bed / 2 bath
✔️ Within ~1.5 miles radius
✔️ Walking distance to family
✔️ On budget

(…no big deal, right? 😅)

But then—plot twist.
We were the first ones in, wrote the first offer, and navigated a multiple-offer situation with clear communication every step of the way. And just like that… we were at the closing table.

Meanwhile, our client also sold her home out of state—all within a few short months.

From coffee chats to closing day—this one was special in all the right ways. We’re so excited for her as she begins her next chapter right here in South Burlington just in time for our gorgeous summers on Lake Champlain💙

At 7 months old I have been designated office assistant, emotional support specialist & co-pilot. Now that I’ve mastered sniffing out great listings, greeting clients with tail wags & stealing hearts, I have some advice to share:

Each slide says it best… it’s never just about the signature on the dotted line. It’s about the adventure waiting on the other side of it. It’s about closing one chapter with gratitude and stepping confidently into the next. It’s about first dinners in a new kitchen, new routines, new memories.
