Happy because I genuinely LOVE what I do.

Free because I get to build a career doing something I’m passionate about.

Confused because real estate will definitely keep you on your toes. 😂

And maybe a little lonely when you’re answering emails at 10 PM because your brain never really clocks out. 😂

A huge congratulations is in order for my seller! We just closed on his latest project yesterday! 🎉

We were up against the odds with this one. A corner lot at a busy intersection, and while the feedback was that buyers liked the work that had been done, they just weren’t loving the location.

Previously, this home had been listed for over 100 days. This one is a great example of how, with the right work and the right strategy, you can get a home sold.

Huge thank you to the buyer’s agent, title company and my wonderful team getting this to the settlement table.

So thankful to have had a part in this deal, and I’m already looking forward to the next one with this investor! 🏡

If you keep yourself out of the market out of fear, you’ll never get out of the loop of renting.

- Ideally at least .5 acres
- Low to mid $300Ks

- Within 25 miles of Camp Hill

If the home needs work, that’s okay! It really just depends on the scope of work and how my buyers feel about it.
