Finally got the chance to check out Potato Coop and man they did not disappoint! They have almost every fry imaginable with such fun toppings!

Pictured is the parmesan truffle fries and single patty smash burger🍟

Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the Linglestown Rd area! 📍 They’re locally owned and have a food truck too!

Last settlement of the week and this one has such a special story!

My client was a first time buyer. Before he started his search with me he had been looking with another agent. Losing out on offers left and right with over a year of showings, completely frustrated and defeated he decided to take a break for a few months. He attended my home buying webinar earlier this year and decided Chris and I would be a great team to help with his search this round.

We were looking for a few months, just not finding something that really checked all of the boxes. Fast forward to a month ago, a home came on the market in his parents neighborhood, the same layout as his grandfathers home. He had the opportunity to buy his grandfathers home in the neighborhood years ago, but it just wasn’t the right time. Guess what? The home we found even has the same unique mulch his grandfather loved to use. Talk about a sign! What a special thing to continue what’s now become almost like a family tradition of living in the neighborhood!

A huge congratulations is in order for this adorable couple, they closed on their very first home yesterday!!

After an hour commute to work every day, they were simply over it and ready for something closer. Thankfully we found this gorgeous home in Marysville with a lovely view of the Susquehanna! They’re looking forward to kayaking, tubing and just enjoying nature, what a great place to do so!

These two were referred to me by their aunt who is an agent up in NY, so thankful to her for trusting me to help guide them home!

A great way to spend a nice summer day is at Lake Tobias! Located right in Halifax this attraction has so much history. Over 150 acres they have tons of adorable animals to see! My personal favorite is of course the capybara, they are so darn cute!

They have a safari tour on an open-air bus, walk-around zoo exhibits, a petting zoo and reptile facility!

Go early, plan to spend at least 3 hours here minimum, there’s so much to see! They close at 5 or 6 pm depending on the day and part of the season. They also have reasonably priced food options for lunch.

This is definitely a yearly trip for me, it’s always so much fun!

$1,500 a month in rent doesn’t sound quite as scary when you look at it month to month. But over 5 years? That’s $90,000. 😳

And that’s money you’re spending without building equity in something you own.

Homeownership isn’t for everyone, and I’m not saying buying is always the right move. But if you’re worried about the cost of buying, it’s worth looking at the cost of staying where you are, too.

When you own, your payment can help build equity, and that equity can potentially be used later for things like home improvements or other financial needs. You simply don’t have that same opportunity when you’re renting.

And these days, depending on the home and your situation, a mortgage payment can be surprisingly close to what you’re already paying in rent.

The question isn’t always “Can I afford to buy?” Sometimes it’s “What is staying here actually costing me?”
