🌟 I won the Rising Star Award and I have to share why this hits different 🌟

8 years. I was a solo agent for 8 years and I never once cracked six figures.

I had friends asking me “why would you give up your splits to join a team?” and honestly I asked myself the same question.

But something in my gut said trust the process. Trust the people. Bet on yourself in a new way.

12 months later I am standing here with this award and I can tell you - I have made more money this year than any year in my career. By a lot.

And I already have 6 homes under contract to start this year so we are just getting started. 💪

I used to think being solo was the thing to be proud of. And maybe for some people it is. But for me, getting into an environment with real support, real accountability, and a proven process?
