That’s exactly what happened this week as Barbara O’Connor and I wrapped up our Buyside Blockbuster series, where agents learned how to articulate and defend their value over the course of four workshops, and I can’t say I was mad about it.

May brought a little bit of everything to the table, and my favorite part was growing our North Center family. We welcomed an amazing returning pro back to the office and celebrated a new agent launching their career with our tools. 🚀

Highlights:
Farmer’s markets officially opening across the city
Learning about regenerative work and vitality
Taking a quick trip to CDMX with a couple friends

Our agents went behind the lens with Heather yesterday to master the art of the listing video. To get the formatting down, they practiced filming the office as their product—and they did not disappoint.

What we learned:
🎥 Pacing and smooth camera movement.
📲 Various types of storytelling through a visual lens
🤝 Why the best content is created as a collective.

North Center is officially ready for its close up. Let’s go.
