Working with city officials, attorneys, and a select group of agents to help create contracts and policies for commercial real estate. Additionally, he is the peer-appointed office representative on Baird & Warner's Agent Advisory Council, demonstrating his strong level of dedication and enthusiasm to his work. Prior to becoming a part of the Baird & Warner team, Erik worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange handling multi-million dollar transactions, and applies his negotiating skills to get his clients the best value. Erik grew up in Wheaton and has lived in Chicago for over 20 years. When not involved in real estate dealings, Erik enjoys spending time with family and friends. Erik attended the University of Illinois and considers himself an active and proud alum.
