I’m pleased to announce that I will be offering a free yoga class on Tuesday nights throughout the summer at the Holden Bandstand grounds! Located right off of Main St with free, accessible parking at the Holden Senior Center, this will be a wonderful space for the community to gather and move.

I have long wanted to offer something like this for Worcester County, and I’m so grateful that it has officially come together and in a way that may open the experience to all!

Please join me this Tuesday, July 7th for the very first MOVEment with Angie yoga pop-up! 🧘🏼‍♀️🪷

All ages and abilities are welcome; children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please email me with any questions: [email protected]

The event is FREE and donations are welcome if you would like to support the Holden Bandstand Committee and I.
