One of the biggest misconceptions in real estate is that “under contract” means the hard part is over.
This is the part clients don’t always see, but it matters. Especially with contingent offers, there can be multiple transactions, lenders, inspections, appraisals, timelines, and financing pieces all connected together behind the scenes.
