AUGUST MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Hanover saw a strong August, with single-family home sales increasing compared to last year and new listings up significantly as well. 🏡 The median sales price also saw a notable increase, reaching $1.3 million.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 37.5% higher than a year before.
• There were 150% more homes listed than the previous year.
• The median sales price was $1,300,000.
