Approaching the Finish Line on the Gradex, Inc. HQ office renovation! Having partnered with Gradex on multiple projects over the years, it has been a privilege to step onto their turf and build a transformed home base tailored to their team’s future.

Working alongside Schott Design, our team has loved bringing some standout elements to life in this facility - from a full roof replacement and upgraded lighting package, to end-grain wood flooring reminiscent of older factory floors in the lobby, and an incredible new rooftop patio area.

But the real showstopper? A Gradex-branded excavator on display right in the lobby!

Thank you to the Gradex team for their continued partnership. We can't wait to cross the final finish line!
