Today Zach was honored to be sworn in as one of the nine members of the historic preservation commission! What does that mean?

The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) reviews exterior changes to properties recognized as local landmarks or within local historic districts. Within the committee, Mayor Q selects one real estate developer to be representative and we’re honored to have been chosen.

Molzer Development is excited to continue serving KC both on the development side and building as well as now on the public side of our city 🏙️

molz dev sad. public transportation has always been a problem topic, especially in kansas city. When we pursued this project with Mammoth Metals | Metal Artist we were really hoping to revitalize the bus stop and make it something fun and give life to something as mundane as a bus stop. If we put care and love into it, would it fix the issue? Unfortunately not.

In light of the recent damages, we’ve decided to put something together in order to fund fixing the damage, because TRUST, this isn’t really in our budget rn.

As soon as we’re able to put it together, we’ve decided to raise money through merchandise sales. Give us a comment if your interested in Bus Bus Stop merch 🚎 🚏
