It is my philosophy that I don't sell real estate, but rather, help match people to homes. For buyers, my job is to be your real estate consultant, providing you real estate knowledge, information, and guidance. I constantly tour available properties in the area to keep familiar with the inventory, and to save your valuable time and effort in viewing homes. Once we've found that right home, I'll provide strong negotiations and follow deadlines through inspection, financing, escrow, until handing over keys to your new home. I also co-teach first time homebuyer classes sanctioned by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. For sellers, I'll provide a customized marketing plan for your unique home, do a thorough analysis to find the 'right' listing price, and keep you informed throughout the selling process. I believe in full service, including helping prepare your property for market. There is abundant information indicating staged homes sell quicker and for more money.) I also believe in holding open houses and broker's opens, following up with every viewing agent for valuable feedback, keeping you up-to-date on market trends, presenting the best features of your home in marketing materials, providing strong negotiations (Certified Negotiation Expert designation), and following the sale through to a successful closing.
