As we move into late spring, the Seattle and Eastside real estate market continues to feel more balanced than it has over the past few years. Buyers are taking a little more time and inventory has improved, but the homes that are thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and priced correctly are still standing out and often receiving multiple offers. Presentation and strategy matter more now than they have in a long time.

Behind the scenes, Jackie, Kate, and I have been working hard implementing new systems and processes to help us operate more efficiently and continue providing an even higher level of service for our clients. It has also been a busy month of presentations and downsizing events at several senior communities around the area. We truly enjoy helping seniors and their families navigate the transition process and are always grateful for the opportunity to be a resource. One thing we continue to see is that the strategies we use in downsizing (organization, preparation, thoughtful planning, and simplifying the process) carry over into every aspect of real estate and ultimately help all of our clients have a smoother and more successful experience.
