President, Steve MaddoxFounder Steve Maddox began his real estate career in 1979, quickly closing multi-million dollar transactions including sales of residential developments and commercial offices, hotels, shopping centers and franchised enterprises. By 1985, Maddox had expanded his operations to include management of both residential and commercial property, with property management renovations and turnarounds at a 100% success rate. Maddox was also recognized as a founding member of the National Association of REALTORS® Property Management Section. Brandon Clark
Brandon Clark serves as Vice President of the Maddox Companies and is an affiliate broker with Steven K. Maddox & Associates, LLC/Keller Williams Realty. His unique mix of development, sales, leasing and management experience offers a unique and advantageous perspective. Prior to joining the Maddox Companies, Brandon was an Advisor with Sperry Van Ness | R.M. Prior to that, he was an Associate, and later, Vice President of Bill Lunsford Construction and Development, Inc. In this role, Brandon managed and marketed a $25.7M real estate portfolio, brokered $11.4M in transaction volume, and remarketed several distressed subdivision and condominium developments. Brandon is a college graduate with degrees in Management and Communications and a specialization in Real Estate. What We Do
