Sheryl is a native Texas and, with the exception of ten years in Chicago, has lived her adult life in the Lubbock area. Her experience in the corporate world assisting clients across the country with their technology needs has been invaluable in the transition to serving clients with their real estate goals. She works with clients on the buying and selling of their homes, income properties, and re

al estate investments. As an owner of farmland and someone who understands the value of a family legacy, she brings a unique perspective to those interested in farm and ranch properties. Sheryl’s emphasis is on the client. With patience, empathy, and focused listening, she’s able to quickly discern what clients are looking for and hone in on their needs. Her background in technology gives her the ability to stay on top of the latest marketing techniques and navigate efficiently through the sometimes complex environment of real estate sales. Sheryl and her husband, Glen, also own Realegacy Partners, LLC, a local financial services and insurance firm. They enjoy spending time with family, volunteering at their local church, and making mission trips to Central America.

Love being part of this team!

Why are we celebrating? Well, because we are in this business to help people and our brokerage couldn't be off to a better start in doing just that ❤

We ended the month of March with $6,082,000 in closed volume! Not only that, but we helped 13 families buy or sell in West Texas! That's 13 families' lives that changed in one way or another, and we are so blessed to be a small part of that.

To the families that chose our brokerage and one of our agents - we love you and are so thankful that you trusted us!

We are growing again and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome Sheryl Dunlap Akin to our brokerage! With Sheryl joining us, that officially makes TEN of us and wow what a milestone.

Sheryl brings years of experience to the table with a background in insurance and hands on knowledge in farm and ranch, commercial, and residential real estate. Fun full circle moment Sheryl is the mother in law of our photographer Deborah Faith Photography, who has been doing such an incredible job capturing beautiful headshots of our agents.
