The secret isn't perfection. It's a weekly rhythm that keeps the mess from piling up so you're never more than 15 minutes away from showing ready. Sunday night is reset night. Not deep cleaning. Just getting back to baseline so the week doesn't bury you.
Counters cleared. Dishes done. Pillows fluffed. Toys put away. Bathroom surfaces wiped. Trash taken out. One quick vacuum of the main areas. Sheets changed if you have time. April is not the time to 'test the market.' April is the market.

Sellers who list in April with the mindset of "let's see what happens" are making a expensive mistake.

Spring is not a warm up. It's the main event. The buyers who have been waiting since January are ready. They're pre-approved, they've been watching inventory, and they're tired of waiting. When the right listing hits they move fast.

A home that gets mispriced or underlaunched in April doesn't get a second chance at a first impression. By the time a price reduction happens the urgency is gone and the buyers who would have competed for it have moved on to something else.

If you're thinking about listing this spring, the strategy conversation needs to happen now. Not after you've already been on the market for three weeks wondering why it isn't working.
