Funny how fast plans can change in this market sometimes! 💨

My buyers had another home they were leaning toward, then this one hit the market and ended up being the better fit. 🤷🏽‍♂️

This one had just about every moving part you could think of. 🤯

Started as a For Sale By Owner that sat for about a month without the traction the sellers expected. We stepped in, repositioned it, and had it sold the first weekend on market.💨💨

That first buyer ended up falling through, so we went back live and immediately ended up in a multiple-offer situation with three buyers, including two offers over asking price!✌🏽

Worked through inspections and repairs, then hit another hurdle when the appraisal came back way lower than expected. Put together a reconsideration of value report that got the appraised value raised by $10,000, which gave us enough room to keep the deal together and still close well over the original price!🧐

And somehow all of it finally came together about 24 hours before closing!⏳

Definitely one of the more challenging deals of the year, but glad everybody stayed steady and got it across the finish line! 🏁 🙌🏽

Buyers came through, loved this one, and snatched it up pretty quickly!🔥

New construction can sometimes be a little bit of a slow burn, so it always feels good getting one off the books and helping another buyer get set up for their new build home!👷🏽‍♂️🏡🏡🏡

This one took some patience!🤷🏽‍♂️

This unique million dollar acreage had previously been listed with another agent and just never really got where it needed to go. We came in, reworked the marketing plan, stayed persistent with it, and finally got the right buyer lined up.🗣️

Luxury homes can sometimes take longer than people expect, but that’s part of it. You keep your head down, stay consistent, and work to get your sellers the best outcome possible.🏡🙌🏽

This one ended up coming together even better the second time around.✌🏽

We originally had it under contract, but that buyer ended up dropping out. Got it back on market, stayed patient, and ended up finding another buyer at an even better price.🙌🏽

Always good when things still work out the way they’re supposed to in the end.

Glad to get this one closed and wrapped up for my friends and sellers!🏡
