Excited for my buyers as they get started on the new construction process. After spending some time looking for the right fit, this one checked the boxes and was worth the wait. ☝🏽⏳

It’s always funny looking back at how you find clients or how they find you and this one was definitely one of those!

Before we ever met, the home had expired with another agent and was later offered as a For Sale By Owner. We took a different approach, stayed patient, adjusted when we needed to, and kept working toward the right buyer.💪🏽

Luxury homes don’t always move on the same timeline as the rest of the market, but that’s why having a plan and sticking with it matters! 🧐

I’m excited for my sellers as they start the next chapter and downsize into what’s next!

Another one across the finish line 🏁

This one was a great outcome for everyone involved. The sellers get to move on to what’s next, and my buyer walks into a condo with instant equity and a chance to add even more value over time. 💰💰💰

Sometimes the first house isn’t the right house. ❌

These first-time buyers were under contract on another home before we found this one. Looking back now, I’m really glad we didn’t force that first deal to work! 🤷🏽‍♂️

We ended up finding a better fit, negotiated all of their closing costs to be covered, and got them to the closing table with about $6,000 total out of pocket for their first home…. It’s not a check back at closing but I’ll will take that along with walking into some pre established equity any day! 🔥🤯

Buying your first home is a big step, and I’m grateful they trusted me to help guide them through it! 🙌🏽

This one had just about every moving part you could think of. 🤯

Started as a For Sale By Owner that sat for about a month without the traction the sellers expected. We stepped in, repositioned it, and had it sold the first weekend on market.💨💨

That first buyer ended up falling through, so we went back live and immediately ended up in a multiple-offer situation with three buyers, including two offers over asking price!✌🏽

Worked through inspections and repairs, then hit another hurdle when the appraisal came back way lower than expected. Put together a reconsideration of value report that got the appraised value raised by $10,000, which gave us enough room to keep the deal together and still close well over the original price!🧐

And somehow all of it finally came together about 24 hours before closing!⏳

Definitely one of the more challenging deals of the year, but glad everybody stayed steady and got it across the finish line! 🏁 🙌🏽
