Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but doing it from another country is on a whole different level. A client was buying a home from overseas, and since they couldn't be here for showings, I sent video tours of every home they were interested in. I tried to point out the things I would have wanted to know if I were in their shoes.

After closing, they sent me this note that absolutely made my day:
"Kay did a wonderful job as our realtor. We are moving to the area from overseas, so our whole experience buying a house was over the phone. She was amazing and made a video for each house we were interested in. That made the fact that we couldn’t be there in person so much easier. The process was way smoother than I could have imagined.
