“15 out of 5” might be one of my favorite ratings yet. 😂

Helping these sellers get their Bull Mountain home sold and move their timeline up by months was exciting enough, but real estate is often about the little things that happen in between too. Sometimes that means negotiations and deadlines, and sometimes it means heading over to make sure the refrigerator is okay after the power was accidentally shut off.

Randy, thank you for the incredibly kind words. Being trusted with the big stuff, the unexpected stuff, and everything in between means a lot. 🏡❤️

Inspection day! 🏡

I noticed a few things when we first toured the home, so today we came prepared. I coordinated both a general contractor and a roofer to meet us during the inspection and provide bids on the areas we already knew we wanted a closer look at.

Having those numbers in hand gives my buyers a much clearer picture and helps us head into negotiations with real information.

A little extra preparation can make a big difference when it’s time to decide what comes next.

Same clients. Same day. Two VERY different kitchens!

House hunting in Newberg brought us from one beautifully remodeled kitchen to another that was definitely not updated... BUT that vintage stove was honestly pretty amazing in its own way!

One of the fun parts of touring homes is seeing just how different each one can be.

First-time home buying comes with a LOT of questions. And that’s exactly how it should be.

These buyers asked, learned, weighed their options, and ultimately landed their dream home in Metzger. Getting to guide them through the process and negotiate a deal they felt great about was such a rewarding one.

Busy weekend!!🏡

3 for 3 on offer acceptances, and this final one came together in a competitive situation. The listing agents let us know we weren’t the highest offer, but the strength of our other terms made the difference, and our offer was accepted.

My buyers are beyond excited! We’re moving quickly on this one with closing in just two weeks, and inspections are already booked for tomorrow.

And the outdoor space on this home is SO good. 🌿

Sold in SE Portland! 🏡

This one was such a great fixer, and I can’t wait to see what my client does with this beauty. He grew up in the area and will be living in the home himself, so this one is definitely not a quick flip.

Pending in Sandy! 🏡

Representing the buyer on this one, and this home had so many fun extras that made it stand out. A large covered patio with a huge screen ready for projected movies, a giant sandbox... aka fire pit 😂, and even more to love.

We saw it today, wrote an offer, and had it accepted the very same day!

Representing the buyers on this one, and timing was especially important because their current home is also under contract. We needed to find their next place to live and coordinate both transactions so everything could come together.

And we did! Their home sale and the purchase of this new home are now set up for a same-day closing. 🎉
