There was a lot happening this weekend, and it's clear that the spring market is in full swing! 🌷🏡

I'm incredibly grateful for the trust my sellers placed in me throughout this process. After plenty of preparation, showings, conversations, and teamwork, we've officially secured a great offer on 145 Ossipee Mountain Road in Ossipee and are now working our way toward the closing table.

It was incredibly rewarding getting to work alongside an old friend and amazing agent, Amy, while also making some new friends in these awesome buyers along the way. We jumped headfirst into an extremely competitive market, moved fast, stayed strategic, and came out on top. 💪
