For more than 40 years, Faith Baptist School has been a part of the Salisbury community, providing private Christian education to families across the Delmarva Peninsula.

Founded in 1983, Faith continues to grow! This summer, the school welcomed three new modular classrooms to accommodate its expansion—an exciting sign of what’s ahead under the leadership of Principal Matt George.

🍎 Teacher Spotlight: Mrs. Karen Moreno

As Faith begins another school year, we also wanted to recognize one of the wonderful educators who make the school so special!

Mrs. Moreno is beginning her 8th year at Faith and teaches 2nd grade, along with elementary and high school Spanish. She also celebrated an exciting personal milestone this summer, marrying Chris Taylor! ❤️

This year, she’s especially looking forward to diving into creative writing with her second graders and has some fun, creative lessons planned to get those young imaginations working.

It’s always great to see a local school growing while educators like Mrs. Moreno continue pouring their time and talents into the next generation. Wishing the entire Faith Baptist School family a fantastic school year! 📓
