Some days getting up and getting to the gym is HARD. And some mornings I definitely don’t feel like putting in the work.

But I’ve learned something about myself… when I don’t start my day there, my whole day just feels a little off.

Life gets busy. Work gets crazy. Things happen that I have absolutely no control over. But starting my morning at the gym? That part I CAN control.

I start with intention. I do something for myself. I accomplish something before the craziness of the day even begins.

Do I still get things done on the days I skip it? Absolutely. But I’m learning that I’m just better when I start here.

Mission 60 isn’t about being perfect every day. It’s about knowing what works for me and choosing it—even on the days I don’t feel like it. 💪❤️
