Just closed on another investment property! I’m blessed to be able to do this at the rate I’m able to do it at. Each project is a lesson and sometimes a reminder from a previous lesson I didn’t pay attention to. Lol.

This one is a little special to me. We just sold the house across the street last week, so we’ll be on this block for a little while longer. It’s also my 15th flip/project in 3 years.

Today marks 5 years since I’ve been a licensed real estate broker in Washington State! I showed up in Washington State in June 2018 and I knew probably less than 20 people in the state. Within 3 months, God called me to get my license and I had no idea the journey He had planned ahead of me!

Fast forward to today, I have sold 270 homes, $130M worth of real estate, I started a team, I’ve purchased multiple rental properties, and I’ve flipped nearly 15 homes.

I am so blessed to have had the start of my career that I’ve had. I have to thank God, my amazing wife, my family, my incredible team, and every single person that has trusted me with the decision to help them buy and sell real estate. I’m incredibly thankful for each and every person that I had the opportunity to serve!

I can’t wait to see what the next 5 years holds for myself, my team, my family, and all of those who trust me!
