One thing I’ve learned is this: don’t waste your whole life saying “someday.”

If living closer to the water keeps pulling at you, there’s probably a reason. Whether you already live here but dream of a waterfront home, want a beach condo as a 2nd home/investment, or just a lifestyle that feels slower and more aligned with the life you actually want to live… take the leap. Dive in. 🌊

I spent my summers here as a kid and always dreamed about the day I could finally live close to the water. (And trust me, I know how fortunate I was to experience this place that way growing up… I never want to take it for granted.) 🤍

When I was 19, I made the full-time move to Wilmington. I lived in tiny places with roommates just to be near the beach, and as I’ve grown in my real estate career over the last decade, my love for this area, and helping people find their place here, has only grown stronger.

I’ve always been in love with Wrightsville Beach and the North Carolina coast. Growing up only two hours away, to now living only two miles away, has been one of the best leaps of faith I’ve ever taken, because I get to have mornings like this. I’ve officially lived here half my life now, and I’ve never once looked back and wished I hadn’t taken the chance. From small town eastern North Carolina ➡️ Wilmington, NC, and never looking back! (Although, I’ll always love my Wilson, NC friends 🫶🏼)

$10,700,000 closed in April. 🤍

My biggest month in real estate yet… and honestly, I feel like I’m just getting started.

Last fall, I made the decision to step away from a team and go out on my own. It was exciting, terrifying, motivating, stretching, and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself and my business. Over the last 9 months, I’ve put myself and my work more “out there” than ever before, and the amount of support, referrals, conversations, encouragement, and trust I’ve received from all of you has meant more than I can put into words.

I still have the privilege of being backed by the best brokerage in the Cape Fear Region, Intracoastal Realty, while building my own brand that feels fully aligned with who I am and how I want to serve people.

I truly love this work. I love helping you all find homes here along the coast. I love marketing Wilmington area properties and telling the story behind them.
