Aus Vision Realty is looking for an experienced Remote VA Accountant to support our property management and short-term stay portfolio. This role is fully remote, with flexibility required during month-end closing.

The Role
🔹 Record income and expenses for rental and short-term stay properties
🔹 Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate property-level records
🔹 Assist with rent, booking income, cleaning fees, maintenance and supplier payments
🔹 Support month-end closing and financial reconciliation
🔹 Review discrepancies, invoices, receipts and supporting documents

This is a varied, hands-on role combining 50% new property onboarding and 50% short-term rental operations. You will play a key role in preparing new properties for launch and ensuring our existing Airbnb properties are maintained to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**
🔑 Coordinate new property onboarding and listing preparation
🛋️ Arrange furniture, furnishings and styling requirements
🧹 Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and property presentation
📦 Organise consumables delivery and property setup
🏡 Conduct property inspections and quality control
🛎️ Support day-to-day short-term rental operations
🤝 Work closely with owners, contractors and the operations team

**About You**
✅ At least 3 years of relevant work experience
✅ A background in business administration, interior design, housekeeping or property management

You'll lead and support two Property Managers, with the team collectively managing 200+ long-term rental properties, bringing structure, confidence and strong leadership while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead, mentor and support two Property Managers
🔹 Oversee day-to-day management of the rental portfolio
🔹 Ensure compliance with WA tenancy legislation and company procedures
🔹 Manage complex tenancy matters, disputes and escalated owner concerns
🔹 Coordinate tribunal and Magistrates Court matters when required
