Sometimes life throws curveballs at you. This is exactly what happened with this property that we sold a year and a half ago. Unfortunately when it came time to close on the property, the buyers couldn't complete, which put us in a situation where we had to resell the property.

Now the market has gone down in the last year and a half so we really had to put everything we could towards this in getting a great price and a sale within the quickest amount of time we could. We ended up actually selling for more money on the second time around.

Huge congratulations to my sellers. This is a big win, with a grand slam!

This property is officially sold — again!
We had it under contract about a year and a half ago, but the deal never closed.

We put it back on the market and marketed it aggressively to get it sold as quickly as possible.

Fortunately for my seller, we were able to secure a higher sale price than the original offer.
