Congratulations to M & A on the sale of your beautiful home in Abbotsford! ๐กโฃ

This journey wasn't a straightforward one...โฃ
โฃ
We received an accepted offer within the first week of the property being on the market and things were looking great!
โฃ
โฃHowever, it was a subject-to-sale offer, which means we weren't quite out of the woods just yetโฆ
โฃ
โฃWhat made it special was how much the buyers reminded us of where you were just a few years ago, running a growing business out of the garage and finally needing more space
โฃ
โฃIt genuinely felt like it was meant to be! ๐
โฃ
But a couple weeks later, a new buyer showed up who also loved the property and wrote an offer not subject to sale, which ended up bumping the original one which was bittersweet
However, they ended up backing out at the very last second at 9pm on a Friday night which meant we were now left with nothing ๐ฉ
So at this point, I immediately messaged the original buyers to let them know that it was available again and the timing couldn't have been more perfect
They had just found a new property and had actually written an offer on it, but that same day had asked their Realtor if ours was sold yet because they couldn't stop thinking about itโฆ
And just like that the original buyers ended up coming back to the table and although it wasn't as straightforward as the first time around, we were able to work together to make the storybook ending happen ๐ซ

โฃPutting together deals in this market is hard enough, but subject-to-sale deals are even more challenging, and without both parties working together it doesn't happen
