🏡 Detached home prices are down nearly 8% compared to last year, making properties that once felt out of reach more attainable for buyers with existing equity.

📊 Key May market highlights:
• Home sales increased slightly from April
• Over 10,000 active listings provide plenty of choice
• Benchmark home price dipped to $893,300 (-0.7% from April)
• Detached homes averaged 35 days on market
• Buyer conditions remain favourable with a sales-to-listings ratio of 11%

While economic uncertainty continues to make some buyers cautious, those who are financially prepared are finding some of the best buying conditions we've seen in years.
