This was an absolute pleasure to show… a bastion of peace and tranquility and high quality spaces. Behind the scenes though, over the course of buying the next home, getting this ready for market, and then navigating a number of curveballs through to final subject removal, this required good old fashioned hard work “realtoring”.

Even in a stagnant condo market, if you’re selling a nice home in a great hood and you present it well and price it right, success is found. This one was fun - the sellers worked their tails off for a week after securing their perfect next home, we teased out the listing to a handful of key neighbourhood realtors, and 💥 we sold over asking on day three. Love it when a plan comes together.

Well, ⅓ of the way through 2026 I’m thinking about how we’re looking for this year and reflecting on how 2025 shaped me. In short, I had a lot of fun helping people buy and sell homes 🏡 of all shapes and sizes last year, and even got some good photos and a real nice dinner out of it last week with .group at … thank you as always to everyone who I get the chance to advise and assist in their family moves, investment choices and overall housing decisions. I get to be a trusted strategist, family counselor, sometimes just a pet and babysitter during showings 🐕 🐈‍⬛ 👶🏻, and it’s always exciting to watch the dream take shape through the process.

Inside the company, I also enjoy mentoring and coaching my colleagues and being a part of the advisory board on how rennie can better serve its realtors, staff and clients. 🤔

Cant wait to make it happen for more great singles, couples and families in 2027 and beyond!
